Overview

Our refunds and returns policy is in effect for 30 days, however we may cover a longer time frame if the item(s) are still in the unused condition that they were sent out in. We are unable to resell items that have been used. If you would like to return an item or request a refund, please contact us with your order number.

Refunds

Once your return has been confirmed with us, sent back, received and inspected, we will issue a refund back to your original payment method if possible.

You will be responsible for all return shipping costs for items returned due to them being purchased in error. If the item(s) sent are incorrect or defective, we will either cover return shipping or in the case of a defect that is unusable; ask that you just toss the item without a return.

We respond to and answer all questions, so that we can find the correct item(s) to suit your needs and thus prevent the need for a return. Just contact us with any questions you may have and we will do our best to help!
